Normally used white salmon (Argentina Silus). White Salmon is a pelagic species that live on between 150 and 1,000 meters depth, and industrial fishing in Norway, the Faroe Islands and Denmark. Other fish raw materials used are surimi. This is a processed mass that can be made of several kinds of fish like. Pacific Whiting (Merluccius productus) and Alaska Pollock (Theragra Chalcogramma).
We currently use tapioca starch. Tapioca is produced by mechanical extraction of starch from manioca roots. We use the starch in our products to a smooth consistency and a stable storage product.
We use Canola oil today because of genetic modification problems with soy. Our subcontractor guarantee that no genetically modified products are used in our production.
Sodium Lactate (E325) and Potassium Lactate (E326) consists of salts and lactic acid that is produced by fermentation of sugar. Lactate used in our products to reduce salt content and is bacteriostatic.
Phosphate (E450) is used to stabilize the fish raw material during storage.
Are made from yeast species, such as Saccharomyces cerivisiae. Yeast fungus is heated and dried. We use this as a flavoring in our products for a rounder flavor.
Locust bean gum (E410), carrageenan (E407), guar (E412), Natriumalginat (E401). These are used in our production of the products should have equal consistency.
Is a spray dried power of steam cooked fresh fish. The product is used in line with stock in everyday life.
We use 100% pure protein, as an external protein that fish force should be easy to shape and cook.
Monosodiumglutamat (E621), also known as sodium glutamate and MSG is a sodium salt of the non-essential amino acid glutamic acid.
